Description: Check in with the Registration team to get your packets and everything to assist you through the weekend. You have to register to get access to all the activities for the weekend. Make sure to take a few minutes to check out the items in your tote bags. Bookish Escapism: Meet & Greet

Description: Bookish Escapism: Meet & Greet is for all the authors, PAs, industry professionals, and supporting attendees to get together and mingle a bit before the weekend starts. The Book Fanatic Readers are invited to attend also. Adult beverages can be purchased at the cash/credit card bar. Dinner is served during this event. (Must have appropriate event badge for entrance.)
Dress Code: Casual to Smart Casual (No swimsuits or shorts. Shoes are required.)

#SCBL2026 BOOKstravaganza Book Launch

Description: Space Coast Book Lovers invites all ticket holders to join us for an afternoon of supporting the work of several of our 2026 featured authors. It will be the first chance to see several new releases that are not for sale anywhere until our party! Be the first to own a signed copy of your next great read. Complimentary refreshments, mingling, and readings from our outstanding authors. Don't miss this opportunity. Everyone is invited to join in the fun!!!

Description: All Book Fanatics, LitLovers, and Bibliophile have access to the book signing a full hour before the general public is allowed in. Enjoy a special time set aside for you to mingle with the authors and purchase books before the general admission public has access. We encourage picture taking and getting autographs. Early Entry to Signing w/Pre-Order Receipt – 30 minutes for the Elite Book Fanatic that have pre-ordered books.

Read-A-Palooza Book Signing (FREE)

Description: Our themed after party is an opportunity for the Authors and Readers to mingle. Readers can ask questions and have small talk with their favorite authors and meet some new ones too. Side note: Each event that furnishes food and/or open bar is for paying ticket holder for that activity. Only those people will be allowed to participate in the consumption of food & drinks. If you have family and/or friends traveling with you but are not paid ticket holders, please do not anticipate being able to slip them in with mindset that it will not “impact anything”. We have ordered and purchased according to tickets sold.
